If you are old enough, you may remember a famous quote about the partner of the great dancer Fred Astaire in a cartoon by Bob Thaves: "Sure he was great, but don't forget that Ginger Rogers did everything he did…backwards and in high heels." Too often we are so interested in shifting upwards we forget that it takes sometimes more practice to shift back downwards. Be Ginger Rogers.
