Is your position torture?

If someone were to take away your violin while you were playing, what does your position look like? Are your shoulders up? Are you twisted to one side? Are you hunched over? Does it look unnatural? Is your neck frozen? Question: if someone were forced to stand exactly this way for 30 minutes, would it be considered torture? If the answer is yes, rethink your position. Be aware. Even the slightest contortion causes pain and is not necessary. It only makes everything harder.
